What is the delivery service and how long does it take?

We send all our prints standard Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class. Due to coronavirus delays, please allow 5 full business days for your order to be created, packaged and received. Of course, we will endeavour to deliver quicker than this if possible, but we have to be realistic about the current situation.  

Our stickers are posted Royal Mail First Class (not Signed For). 

We can offer Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9am on request for an additional fee. When you make your purchase, please enquire to see if we can work with your timings.

Currently we only deliver prints to the UK. 
However, we CAN now deliver stickers to Europe and the rest of the world!

Do you take returns?

Yes we do accept returns, but please choose carefully before making your purchase.  If you need to return an item please contact us at hello@monron.co.uk

Any returns must be received by us in a pristine, saleable condition - not damaged or bent, so if purchasing a print, this may require some sturdy protective packaging to return the item safely back to us - and we would need to see the proof or return postage. Once the item has been received in good condition, we will then issue a refund or exchange, and this refund can take up to 10 days to go back into your account, so please allow for that processing time to happen.

If you have a problem or make a mistake during your purchase – for example, you buy the wrong size, colour or number of items – please contact us immediately at hello@monron.co.uk and we’ll try and rectify the situation as soon as possible.

When you receive your purchase, please inspect it straight away. If your goods are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can replace the item or issue a refund.

Do you offer bespoke sizes?

The majority of our designs can be printed in other sizes (but this would require extra production time that would need to be discussed prior to ordering).

However, our stickers are made to order, so we can print those designs at a particular size and with no additional processing time, should you require it. Please contact us if there’s a different sized print or sticker you’d like at hello@monron.co.uk  

Can you design custom prints?

Yes! If you have a print or sticker you would like personalising please get in touch and let us know what you had in mind and we can create something special together.
